Pink Piggy Card

Hello Friends!

Well, we are in Indiana for the day and tomorrow morning we will be leaving for our final stretch to Pennsylvania.  Its been a long drive, but I'm glad we have made it this far with not too many complications.

While I had internet I thought I would post my very first card I made with my Gypsy.  I cut out the card using my Tags, Bags, Boxes, and more Cricut cartridge and the piggy with Create a Critter.  I really enjoyed making this card and look forward to learning more and creating more with my Gypsy.  Let me know what you think!!

Have a fabulous day!!  Happy Crafting!!

Moving to Pennsylvania

Well, just wanted to give you an update...

After packing for what seemed like forever the last week or so...we loaded up the truck today, and it took FOREVER literally! We got done with it all around 8:30pm. Let's just say it's not exactly what I want to do every day.

We're moving to Pennsylvania from Utah, so it's going to be a long drive, especially with a baby and a dog in the car as well. Actually, we have our own mini caravan going on...2 cars and a big 26 foot truck.

Wish us luck! We're moving into our new place on July 1st.

Birthday's and Scrappin'

Hello Friends!

Well, first I want to wish my darlin daughter a Happy 1st Birthday!!  Its so hard to believe that its been a whole year since we brought her home from the hospital.  She is growing up way too fast for me!  I'll have to post some pics of the party sometime.

Next, I noticed that the votes keep going up for scrapbooking ideas.  So, here are a couple scrap pages I made the other day.  I used Create a Critter and Schoolbook Cricut cartridges.  Also, you get to see a few pics of me and my hubby before we got married (yes I'm just now doing those scrap pages).

Have a fabulous weekend!!  Happy Crafting!!

Red, White, and Blue Card

Long time, no post!
I can't believe it has been more than a week since my last post!  I feel so bad!  I have been coming and going a lot.  I have been trying to get my daughter to put herself to sleep for her naps and sometimes that can take 45 minutes to an hour.  So some of my 'free time" has been taken up with that.  Also, I have been feeling a little under the weather, so I have been resting when my daughter naps.  But now, I'm feel back to my old self again!  I started a new diet that really makes me feel good at the end of the day with what I have eaten, instead of feeling "frumpy" from all the junk I used to put in my body.  The only think now is to keep at it!  I'm not trying to loose a lot of weight; I'm trying to learn how to eat healthier, while using the correct portion sizes.
Now, I want to mention how proud I am of my little sister!  She graduated from high school last Friday and is starting college in August!  I just can't believe that she is old enough to be going to college when I, myself, just graduated from college last summer!  Time are changing!   I wanted to make her a card using her school colors (red, white, and blue).  I came up with this card.  It was a very, very simple card to make, but still really cute and she loved it!  Its also a very patriotic card for July 4th, which is coming up fast.

I would love to know what you think!!!

Banana Card

Good Evening Friends!

I hope everyone is having a good week!  Mine has been great, but hot!  Its finally starting to feel like spring and even summer on some days.  Tomorrow I'm taking my daughter swimming for the first time, so that should be really fun!  We are also getting family pictures taken tomorrow evening, so I'll have to post a couple of them after we get the CD.

I wanted to post this cute banana card I made for two sisters in my ward I visit once a month.  I made a banana card to go with the banana bread I gave them.  I bought a new punch the other day and I wasn't sure I liked it that much when I got it, but now I really like it!  I hope you like it too along with the card! :)

Have a fabulous day and a wonderful weekend!!  Happy Crafting!

Relax Dad Dog Card

Happy Tuesday Friends!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!  My hubby was home from school and work all day so it was nice being able to spend time with him.

In my efforts to make more masculine cards, here is a Father's Day card I made for my daddy and also for another My Pink Stamper Challenge.  I used Paper Pups Cricut cartridge.  Its a super cute cartridge and I'm not sure why I don't use it more.

Have a fabulous day!  Happy crafting!!
