Chicken Fajitas

Happy Friday!!!

So I am very proud of myself!  I fixed chicken fajitas last night for dinner and they turned out great!  I didn't really follow a recipe; I just made it up as I went.  

1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
1 package of fajita seasoning
tortilla shells
tomatoes and or salsa
(any other toppings you like)

Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.  Throw in chicken strips and brown for 4-5 minutes.  Add fajita seasoning (fix as directed on package).  I only used half of the package since I was fixing enough for my husband and myself.  Add cut peppers and onion.  Cook for another 6-8 minutes.  Serve on warm tortilla shells with toppings.  Enjoy!
